The Healing Hands Difference
At Healing Hands Advanced Wound Care, we don't just provide services--we deliver a higher standard of care with a personal touch that makes all the difference.
OWNER-OPERATED COMMITMENT
We are a proudly owner-operated company. That means every patient and referral partner receives direct, hands-on attention from leadership. You’re not just another chart in a system—you’re a priority. Our personal investment in your healing journey ensures accountability, responsiveness, and the kind of compassionate follow-up that larger, corporate models often lack.
CERTIFIED WOUND CARE EXPERTS
Every provider on our team is a certified wound care specialist or technician with extensive experience managing complex wounds. We don’t just dabble in wound care—it’s our sole focus and our passion. From diabetic ulcers to pressure injuries and everything in between, you’ll receive expert care guided by the latest clinical standards and years of hands-on success.
Proudly Serving Those Who Care
Our mission is rooted in serving not only patients—but also the trusted partners who care for them. Our mobile team works hand-in-hand with families, providers, and facilities to ensure wound care is seamless, consistent, and results-driven.

Patients & Caregivers
We bring advanced, certified wound care directly to the patient's home, making it easier to receive consistent, expert treatment without the stress of travel. Our compassionate providers also educate and support caregivers, ensuring everyone involved feels confident and informed throughout the healing process.

Home Health Agencies
We act as an extension of your team. When your patients require advanced wound care, we step in to co-manage and enhance outcomes. We respond within 24 hours to let you know if we can accept a referral, quickly coordinate visits, and provide timely wound care orders—usually within 36 hours.

Long-Term Care Facilities
We serve as your on-site wound care solution. Our certified team visits your facility to manage chronic wound patients, reducing risk, improving outcomes, and easing the burden on your in-house staff. Together, we ensure every resident receives the specialized care they deserve.

Hospitals & Rehab Facilities
As a trusted post-acute wound care provider, we work closely with discharge planners and care coordinators to ensure a smooth transition from facility to home. Our mobile services ensure continuity of care and prevent setbacks for patients healing from surgery, trauma, or chronic wounds.

Innovation Meets Compassion. Results Meet Relationships.
We are redefining what wound care looks like—bringing hospital-level expertise directly to the patient's bedside, wherever that may be. Our patient-centered approach ensures that every aspect of our care is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each individual we serve.
We believe that healing goes beyond a bandage. That’s why we’re transforming wound care with innovative, evidence-based treatments delivered by highly trained, wound care-certified specialists who take the time to listen, educate, and empower.
Whether we’re treating a long-standing diabetic ulcer or a complex surgical wound, our mobile team uses cutting-edge techniques and technologies to promote faster healing, prevent complications, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits—all while keeping the patient’s comfort and dignity at the center of everything we do.
